Manufacturing
Career paths in our manufacturing division include Production Associates, who help prepare products for bagging and packing, ensuring every bait meets our quality standards. This position may also perform final assembly on frog baits. We also hire Injection Molding Machine Operators and Maintenance Technicians, who oversee the machines that produce our soft baits, and Digital Printer Operators, who add the unique patterns and designs that make our frog baits stand out. Our Warehouse Team plays an essential role in fulfilling customer orders and receiving raw materials that keep production moving smoothly.
Sales & Marketing
Our marketing professionals lead the way in digital marketing, videography, program management, and influencer coordination—creating engaging content, building campaigns, and connecting with the fishing community in authentic and meaningful ways.
